What is your shipping policy?

We work hard to process and ship orders within 2 to 4 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number.

If a package is missing in transit, please contact us. Once a package is marked as delivered, we cannot offer a replacement or refund. All UPS and USPS shipments are insured, and if your package is marked delivered but is missing or stolen, we recommend filing a claim with the shipping service.

What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Items that do not meet return criteria will not be refunded. If you would like the item returned to you, we can ship it back at your expense. Please provide payment for return shipping within 10 days. Otherwise, the item will be discarded.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Please be aware that we will deduct the cost of the return shipping label from your refund. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We have a 14-day return and one-time limited exchange policy for full-price products shipped to the US

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unworn, and in the condition it was received in.

If the product is not in its original state, we will be unable to accept returns for incorrect size selection. We are not responsible for personal injury resulting from the wear of our products and/or incorrect size selection.

Please note that shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

Please note that we monitor return activity by customers. If we detect a potentially abusive return activity from a customer, that customer will be notified by email that Maguire will deduct every future return shipping fee from their refund.

How do I return an item?

  1. Open your Account page.
  2. Under your history, find the order with the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Select the order in the list.
  4. On the order detail page, Click "Request return" and follow the steps provided.

How do I exchange an item?

Our inventory system does not process exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return procedure above, and then place a new order for the item you wish to purchase.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, our team will send a confirmation by email and a refund will be issued by the original payment method.
